There are three easy ways to register for any of our events:

How do I pay for a training course?
1. Via the website:
Payment can be made by American Express/Visa/MasterCard online
2. By cheque:
Cheques should be made payable to PEI Media Ltd and posted to PEI Media Ltd, 140 London Wall, London, EC2Y 5DN. (Please include a brief note outlining details of the payment).
3. By Bank/Wire transfer via invoice:

Will I have to pay VAT?
VAT is applied to all payments for events taking place in European Union countries (at the local rate). If your company is registered for VAT you may be able to reclaim the tax.
Are discounts available for the events?
Early bird discounts are available on most of our training courses if you register before a certain date. We also offer discounts on registrations for 2 or more delegates from the same company.

How can I apply to speak at a training course?

How do I cancel my registration for a Training Course?
All cancellations must be made in writing to PEI Media Ltd (contact details below).
Any cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the forum will be subject to a charge of 50 % of the fee already paid or the full delegate rate, whichever is the lower for that training course. We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days of a training course and there will be no exceptions to this policy. Any cancellations received in writing less than 14 days prior to the date of the course will receive a 100% credit to be used at another PEI training course for up to 12 months from the date of issuance.
How do I book accommodation?
Accommodation is not included in the course fee, this needs to be organised by the delegates. Hotel bookings for all PEI Media events must be made directly through the hotel. Full contact details and any preferential room rates will be highlighted when you register.
What time does the course run?
What is included in the course fee?
All course materials as well as lunch and tea-coffee breaks are provided.
Do I need to bring anything to the course?
Bringing a laptop is optional. If anything such as a laptop etc is required you will be notified when registering for the course or it will be listed in the course brochure.
What should I wear on the course?
Casual-smart dress is fine.
