We realise that intensive forum programmes need to use a variety of presentation formats to ensure delegates get best value. A number of methods can be used to deliver genuine and additive interaction between the audience and speakers. For instance, we have adopted the latest technology to enable delegates to text message questions to moderators and to participate in live voting sessions during a conference - and where the results can be viewed at once.

They are vital in helping to maximise the interaction between speakers and the audience; they also help shape the discussion during the conference and they ensure agendas are followed and schedules adhered to.

We make a point of building dedicated websites for each of our events, enabling you to get a comprehensive picture of the conference in advance and also for delegates to retrieve presentations online afterwards. Detailed profiles and photographs of each speaker are made available online. On the day itself, we give each attendee a complete workbook, full delegate list, relevant papers from speakers as well as copies of our latest publications.
