David is a Managing Director of AIG Investments, New York and is President & CEO of AIG Capital Partners, as well as Head of AIG's infrastructure investments in emerging markets covering the various AIG-sponsored infrastructure funds. Prior to joining AIG Investments in 1995, he was with Bell Canada and Northern Telecom, managing telecom investments in North America. Before that, he was with Xerox Canada Finance managing a large-scale equipment financing business. David received a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Accountant of Ontario and a Certified Public Accountant of the State of Indiana.
