Campbell Lutyens & Co. Ltd

Campbell Lutyens is a specialist adviser in the private equity and private infrastructure sectors and is focused on global fund placement and secondary transactions. Founded in 1988 and independent, the firm has longstanding experience and relationships which enable it to bring best quality advice and delivery for its clients. The Campbell Lutyens team comprises over 45 experienced international executives, advisory directors and staff who operate globally from offices in London and New York.

In global fund placements the firm acts typically for European, Asian and Global private equity and infrastructure fund managers advising on and raising funds of between $200 million and $2 billion in size from institutional investors globally. In the private equity sector it has raised venture capital, development capital, buyout, distressed debt, special situation and mezzanine funds. In the infrastructure sector it has raised both greenfield and brownfield funds and helped develop appropriate fund structures which address in an aligned and, where appropriate, long-term way, the specific requirements of institutional investors

In secondary transactions Campbell Lutyens typically acts for vendors, advising on a wide range of transactions including the sale and restructuring of portfolios of both limited partnership fund interests and direct portfolios of private equity and infrastructure investments. These mandates typically range in size from $30 million to $3 billion.

Utilising its deep understanding of the detailed workings of the private equity and private infrastructure sectors, Campbell Lutyens also advises governments and other major investors on the strategic development of their portfolios in these two asset classes.
