Gisela von Krosigk joined KfW IPEX-Bank as a Senior Vice President at the end of 2004 to set up a team for equity and equity-related products. As being since April this year head of the department “Leveraged Finance / Mezzanine / Equity ” she is besides her responsibility for the equity commitments into infrastructure funds in charge for providing leveraged finance to infrastructure funds- or private equity-sponsored transactions.

Prior to KfW IPEX-Bank she gained significant experience in private equity spending more than 7 years with Deutsche Beteiligungs AG which concentrates on German Mid-cap Buyout business and more than 3 years in privatisation with the Treuhandanstalt (the Privatisation Agency for Eastern Germany) in the maschine tool building sector. She started her business career in corporate banking with IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG. She received a Degree in Business Administration at the University of Göttingen.
