Brendan Moylan is a partner in Clifford Chance's Corporate Finance practice specialising in domestic and cross-border M&A with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure, acting for corporate, financial sponsors (including specialist infrastructure funds), private equity houses and investment banks. In 2009 Brendan acted for an underbidder for London Gatwick and on the sale of a number of portfolios are wind farms situated in Europe. In the past he has acted for owners, purchasers and potential purchasers of communications infrastructure assets, ports, toll roads and water and waste assets.
