Jason Zibarras, represents and is responsible for the Infrastructure Investments Fund's activities in Europe. He has specialised in the infrastructure market since the mid 90s and joined J.P.Morgan in 2007. He has completed numerous transactions in advisory and principal financing capacities, including leading JPM IIF's acquisition team in the acquisition of Cairns and Mackay Airports in Queensland Australia and the £4.2bn Southern Water transaction in the UK. In addition to being a Director on Southern Water's Board Jason has held board positions on Electricity North West (an electricity distribution company) and Zephyr Wind (the UK's largest power generating wind farm portfolio).
Jason has expertise in bidding, financing, structuring and managing infrastructure assets. He has completed infrastructure transactions in the UK, Continental Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
