Alastair leads Marsh's Private Equity M&A Practice in the UK, which is a dedicated group of advisers supporting the infrastructure, private equity and corporate M&A communities. Alastair focuses on drawing Marsh's Infrastructure resources together and manages the global
relationships for a number of the major infrastructure funds for Marsh.
The group performs risk management due diligence, risk advice around contractual liabilities of infrastructure projects to protect revenue streams and ensure the long term financial success of the project, develops and implements group insurance purchasing facilities for invested companies and provides transactional risk solutions by structuring insurance backed solutions to overcome specific-deal obstacles.
Alastair has worked in the Insurance Industry for more than 18 years. He has held a number of roles in London, Boston and Bermuda on both the retail and wholesale sides of the business.
