Valeria Rosati, Director, Hastings Funds Management (UK) Limited



Valeria Rosati joined Hastings in May 2006 in the London office.  She has since been heavily involved in the acquisition of South East Water, the Competition Commission reference of the proposed merger of South East Water and Mid Kent Water, the subsequent merger of the two companies, as well as in the ongoing assessment of other investment opportunities in the European infrastructure sector.  Valeria is a director of South East Water.
 
Prior to joining Hastings, Valeria was an investment banker for eight years in London with a focus on the UK and Continental European utility sector.  She worked for several years at Merrill Lynch in the European Utilities team and, most recently, at boutique investment bank Gleacher Shacklock.  Valeria holds a degree cum laude in Business and Economics from L.U.I.S.S. University in Rome.
