Public-private-partnerships (PPP) have grown in sophistication since the first schemes in the UK nearly 20 years ago. From highly successful partnerships on the building of roads, airports and power plants, we recently saw the Singapore Sports Council award a PPP contract to HSBC Infrastructure Fund III and Dragages, a subsidiary of Bouygues to build the world's largest Sports Hub.
