
Holly Koeppel is a Partner/Global Co-Head of Citi Infrastructure Investors (CII). CII manages Citi Infrastructure Partners (CIP), a multi-billion infrastructure fund that has controlling interests in mature transportation and utility infrastructure assets. CIP's portfolio includes: Kelda, owner of Yorkshire Water, a regulated UK water and sewer company; Itínere Infraestructuras S.A., a Spanish toll road concessionaire; DP World Australia, a container terminal business in Australia; and Vantage Airport Group, an airport investment and management company with airports in Canada and the UK.
Holly has been involved in the US and international energy industry since 1980. She joined CII in 2010 from American Electric Power (AEP), where she was CFO and Executive Vice President, and where she previously held several financial and operational leadership roles. Holly has extensive transaction experience and led the largest common stock offering in the US utility industry ($1.69 billion).
Holly represents the fund on the boards of Kelda, Itínere and DPWA where she serves as Chairperson. Holly is an independent board director of Reynolds America Inc., a Fortune 500 company with over $8.5 billion of revenues. She is on the board of CoaLogix, a leading provider of selective catalytic reduction systems. Holly holds a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
