Lucy Fletcher, Director, Asia Pacific Capital Markets, Jones Lang LaSalle
Lucy Fletcher is a Director in the Jones Lang LaSalle Asia Capital Markets group, responsible for providing investment and financial structuring advice for major direct and indirect real estate transactions across the Asia Pacific region. Lucy has over 13 years’ experience in the investment, asset management, development and consulting of real estate transactions, with the past nine years based in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Lucy was the Regional Head of Asset Management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role she was responsible for overseeing the strategic asset management, reporting and investor relations for the Merrill Lynch Asian Real Estate Opportunity Fund and Merrill Lynch's Asian balance sheet portfolio. Lucy is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She has a Masters in Architectural Design from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate diploma in Estate Management from South Bank University, London.
