What are CMBOR Reports?

The Centre for Management Buy-out Research (CMBOR) at Nottingham University collects and aggregates quantitative data from a broad range of participating institutions on buy-outs and exits by geographical region. Working in partnership with PEI Media, which adds salient journalistic content to summarise trends and pin-point deals historically, CMBOR releases various reports updated regularly with new data and containing retrospective data spanning more than a decade.

Exit Reports - these provide definitive statistics and analysis on exits from private equity and non-private equity-backed investments in either the UK or Europe

Country Reports - Country Reports cover the private equity market in detail for specific countries or regions
