Thomas Tan, Investment Director, CLSA Capital Partners
Thomas Tan joined CLSA Capital Partners in 2004, responsible for Fudo Capital’s asset management. He is also involved in acquisition in Singapore and Japan. Mr. Tan has more than 10 years of experience in Asian real estate funds management and capital markets.
Prior to joining CLSA Capital Partners, Mr. Tan managed 3 pan Asia real estate funds for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Asia for seven years.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) Honours degree from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is also a CFA and a member of the Singapore Society of Financial Analysts.
