Jeff is a partner, head of Vinson & Elkins’ London office and co-head of the firm’s Middle East and North Africa Practice Group. 

Jeff’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance and corporate finance and capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on cross border and privatisation transactions in the energy industry in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.

Jeff has represented developers, corporate issuers and acquirers and their advisors in numerous cross border transactions. He also has substantial experience in the areas of project bond financings and public and private debt restructurings.
