Mr. Ballard is Vice President of Corporate Development for Superior Energy Services, Inc.  In this position, he is responsible for evaluation and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments globally.  Prior to joining Superior, he was a Principal for Reiss Companies, Inc., a private equity firm focusing on control investments across a wide spectrum of industries.  At Reiss, Mr. Ballard was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and managing leveraged transactions as well as acquisition integration planning.  In addition, Mr. Ballard served as interim CEO for a Reiss portfolio company.
