
Ned Crady, Partner, King & Spalding

Ned Crady is a partner in the Houston office of King & Spalding, and is a member of the firm’s Global Transactions Practice Group and Latin America Practice Group. Mr. Crady represents energy and natural resource industry companies, and strategic and financial investors in the energy sector and distressed asset sector.
Mr. Crady has extensive experience in the purchase, sale, development, construction and financing of power generation and distribution assets; natural gas transportation, storage and distribution assets; oil and gas refining facilities; LNG export and import projects in the Atlantic Basin; and the negotiation of commodity supply contracts around the world. His recent work experience includes the purchase and sale of several international energy projects, and several domestic gas storage projects; project development of LNG import terminals and gas storage facilities; advising facility owners or users regarding terminal use and tolling agreements for LNG terminals; and advising strategic investors in the distressed asset sector.
