Peter is the Chief Executive Officer of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA).
APREA is a non-profit industry association that represents and promotes the real estate asset class in the Asia Pacific region. It is the industry body for the suppliers and users of capital in the real estate sector. .APREA embraces the four quadrants of real estate.
It enjoys close relationships with all major regional and national real estate bodies. It has around 170 members (from Australia, Japan, Singapore, India, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Korea, the Middle East, US and Europe, amongst others). Members come from real estate companies, REIT managers, unlisted fund managers, institutional investors and investment banks, amongst others.
Peter holds degrees in economics and law.
He has lived in Singapore for 11 years.

It works to encourage greater investment in the real estate sector through the provision of better information to investors, improving the general operating environment, encouraging best practices and unifying and strengthening the industry.
Its members include real estate funds, companies, pension funds, other investors, financial institutions and universities.
The APREA Institute, APREA's education and training arm, provides the foundation for raising standards in the industry through the provision of practical and applied training programs.
