How do I register for an event?
There are three easy ways to register for any of our events:
1. Online: Enter your details on the event registration page.
2. Call our registration teams directly on:

How do I pay for an event?
1. Via the website:
Payment can be made by American Express/Visa/MasterCard online. You may also pay via invoice if you register four weeks or more prior to the event.
2. By cheque:
Cheques should be made payable to PEI Media Ltd and posted to:
PEI Media Ltd, 2nd Floor, Sycamore House, Sycamore Street, London, EC1 0SG
(Please include a brief note outlining details of the payment).
3. By Bank transfer:

Will I have to pay VAT?
VAT is applied to all payments for events taking place in European Union countries (at the local rate). If your company is registered for VAT you may be able to reclaim the tax.
Are discounts are available for the events?
Early bird disounts are available on most of our events if you register before a certain date. We also offer discounts on registrations for 2 or more delegates from the same company.
If your company is planning to send more than 3 delegates please call +44 (0) 20 7566 5445 for details of additional group discounts.
How can I apply to speak at an event?

How can I sponsor a PEI Media event?
A wide range of sponsorship opportunities are available for our events. Please visit the website of the event you wish to sponsor, for all sponosrship opportunities. Here you will find a list of all our current events.
How do I cancel my registration for an event?
All cancellations must be made in writing to PEI Media Ltd (contact details below).
Any cancellation received more than 14 days prior to the forum will be subject to a charge of 50 % of the fee already paid or the full delegate rate, whichever is the lower. for that event. We regret that no refunds will be made for cancellations made within 14 days of an event and there will be no exceptions to this policy. Any cancellations received in writing less than 14 days prior to the date of the forum will receive a 100% credit to be used at another PEI event for up to 12 months from the date of issuance.
How do I book accommodation?
Hotel bookings for all PEI Media events must be made directly through the hotel. Full contact details and any preferential room rates will be highlighted on the event's accomodation page.
