The European private equity real estate market is evolving as GPs seek different ways of deploying private capital. A number of countries have instituted legislative changes, clearing the way for interesting new investment opportunities.
Despite all the changes in the market, the fundamentals of private real estate investing remain the same. There is a delicate relationship between GPs and LPs that is the backbone of investing in private equity real estate.
